Warranty Policy

To allow us to offer you lower prices on similar products, we use the following model to ensure we can remain competitive and provide you numerous price savings.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Autocrave offer a 3-month warranty period on all products (unless noted otherwise) starting from the day of your purchase. Autocrave’s warranty is outlined above and below and does not limit or restrict your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law.

The warranty does not include damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, lack of maintenance, neglect, natural disaster, or other external causes; to damage caused by operating the equipment in a manner outside that described in the instructions. The warranty is considered void if the item has been modified, altered, or tampered with by a person (or persons).

Parts purchases, consumable components, and accessories (such as chains, brakes, batteries, lights, brake accessories, cables, wheels, rims, etc.) are not covered by Autocraves' warranty once used. Should your product arrive with a manufacturers fault please contact us for help in receiving a resolution prior to using the item.

Until the nature of any fault is determined, the resolution offer may vary. Where necessary, the item may be required to be returned to determine fault/issue. If 90 days have elapsed since the purchase of the item, it is generally the buyer’s responsibility for the cost of transportation to return the product to our supplier for inspection. Once inspected if the product is deemed faulty a resolution will be provided at the supplier’s cost. This may include a repair, replacement, sending of spare parts or refund. Note depending on the case the process of the claim will vary.

Warranties do not apply where items are resold/rented for the purpose of profit. Should you wish to claim a warranty on your item, please contact our team.
