How do I return an item?

If you have purchased your item online, please contact our sales team for assistance. If you have purchased the goods in store, you can head to one of our branches to make a return. Please do not post any goods back without contacting our returns department first as this may result in you not receiving a refund.

I have posted my item back, what happens now?

Once you have shipped out your return and our team has received it, it will be inspected by our department. If everything is in order you will receive a full refund within 1-3 business days of us receiving the goods. Please be sure to keep a hold of your tracking number

Can I cancel or change my order

Please contact us immediately after placing your order and we will aim to amend or cancel your order if it hasn’t been sent already.
