Returns Policy

Change of mind? No worries!
You can receive a full refund by returning the goods in original condition, within 30 days of the purchase date! No restocking fees and no handling fees for returns! Please note you will need to pay for the return freight cost unless free returns are provided! Note that we will not accept any refunds for items that have been mishandled or misused. Please note any postage costs paid are non-refundable for change of mind. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the automotive industry having a wide range of different models and brands, if the product purchased does not suit your set up (unless advertise to), the buyer is generally responsible to notify us within 30 day and return the parts at their cost to receive a refund.

If you have received the incorrect product or an item not as described, the resolution provided will vary case by case (this may include re-dispatchments, full or partial refunds). Please note we may require photos or videos to confirm this and may require the item to be sent back to our supplier first before a resolution can be provided.

If your item has not arrived, please contact our team, we will work with the courier to investigate the parcel, if formally declared lost in transit our team will provide you a resolution.

Conditions of return

  1. To enable our branches to process your return or exchange you will need to provide a copy of your receipt or other proof of purchase.
  2. To receive a refund or exchange, goods must be returned within 30 days from date of purchase. For goods purchased online item(s) must be initiated for return and placed in the post within 30 days of the purchase date.
  3. If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, you must return it in the same condition as you received it. This includes any branded packaging such as blister packing, tags, stickers and must be in re-sellable and unopened condition.
  4. Unless specified shipping must be paid by the buyer.

Exclusions:

Please note, there are certain exclusions as to when a return may not be accepted, these are listed below.

  1. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund, credit, or exchange for specially ordered products (unless the product is not fit for purpose or faulty) or products which have been modified or used contrary to the product’s instructions. (This includes but is not limited to custom made axles and special ordered goods)
  2. We are unable to accept returns (unless covered by the Australian consumer law) for goods that have been used (this includes but is not limited to hubs, drums, discs, axles that have been greased, wheels that show signs of nut tightening or tread wear or towing equipment with signs of use)
  3. For products that have a labour charge attached (such as the assembly of axles). Should we accept the exchange of goods there may be an additional charge (i.e., purchasing the incorrect size axle).

The Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
